Location: hirify.global US HQ Campus, Suckle Highway, Pennsauken, New Jersey, United States; onsite role

Annual compensation: $69,800–$100,338, plus a 5% targeted annual bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze pricing data, ingredient cost trends, market benchmarks, margins, and profitability to identify opportunities and risks.
• Provide pricing recommendations, quotations, and analytical insights to Sales and Sales Management.
• Determine and maintain customer pricing based on cost changes, market fluctuations, and pricing guidelines.
• Maintain commercial price lists, pricing records, and pricing databases while executing daily pricing administration.
• Support price adjustments, new product pricing, system testing, validation, and pricing tool enhancements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve pricing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Statistics, or Computer Science.
• Approximately three years of experience in finance, pricing, analytics, or a related field; relevant internships, co-op programs, and academic projects are considered.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and preparing reports, presentations, and business analyses.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, data accuracy, organization, time management, and effective communication skills.
• Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs and perform frequent sitting with occasional walking and constant near/far visual acuity.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of ERP, CRM, or pricing systems.
• Food industry knowledge.
