Inventory Management Analytics Manager

Location: Norfolk, Virginia, United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future employment visa sponsorship.

Salary: $87,500–$134,100 per year, plus potential performance-based bonus or equity programs.

What you will do

• Manage a team of analysts supporting daily operations and segmentation criteria for legal placements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for strategy deployment in a defined business area.
• Investigate inventory gaps, identify optimization opportunities, and support legal, operations, fulfillment, and model segmentation teams.
• Design testing scenarios, analyze results, and recommend process and system improvements.
• Maintain policies, procedures, change logs, and approval records.
• Monitor legal-owned processes and resolve operational discrepancies with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional analyst experience with advanced SQL, including queries and joins.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel or statistical packages to analyze financial and legal operational data.
• Ability to interpret data, conduct root cause analysis, and present recommendations to senior leadership using PowerPoint.
• Strong conceptual thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, negotiation, and project coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment visa sponsorship.
