Remote Healthcare Operations Business Analyst Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Dallas, Texas; must currently reside in Texas. Despite the remote designation, regular presence at the employee site during scheduled business hours is required. Travel of up to 20% may be necessary.

What you will do

• Lead requirements workshops with clinicians, operations, revenue cycle teams, IT, and vendors.
• Analyze and document business requirements, BRDs, process maps, future-state workflows, use cases, and visual models.
• Coordinate vendor solution validation, maintain requirements traceability, and confirm alignment with real-world healthcare workflows.
• Support change management, communications, training materials, KPI tracking, outcome frameworks, playbooks, and governance standards.
• Track project progress, issues, and risks while providing analysis and stakeholder coordination to the Business Architect.
• Supervise, coach, and develop Business Analysts; review deliverables and standardize methods, templates, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, Information Systems, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or an associate degree with 8 years of relevant experience.
• 6–8 years of Business Analyst experience in healthcare, digital health, technology transformation, or equivalent healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience mentoring or formally leading analysts or project team members.
• Demonstrated capability in requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, cross-functional and vendor collaboration, and solution validation.
• Proficiency with requirements management and process mapping tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Visio, or Miro.
• Must currently reside in Texas and be present at the employee site during regularly scheduled business hours.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MHA or MBA.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma, or HIMSS certification.
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, revenue cycle processes, and regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, or CMS.
