ITSM Operations Analyst Senior - IT - Full Time

What you will do

• Lead IT incident response and serve as Incident Commander during service disruptions and major incidents, including outside routine work hours.
• Coordinate cross-functional response efforts to restore services and reduce operational, clinical, and business impact.
• Facilitate incident bridge calls and manage real-time communication through service restoration.
• Document incident timelines, actions, decisions, and outcomes accurately in real time.
• Lead root cause analysis and post-incident reviews, including corrective action planning.
• Ensure adherence to Incident, Problem, and Change Management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent progressive experience, certifications, and education.
• At least 7 years of experience in IT or healthcare IT environments.
• Significant experience with Epic EHR environments.
• ITIL Foundation certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Epic certification in one or more application modules is required.
