Member Team Lead

Location: Onsite at 6373 Youngerman Cir, Jacksonville, Florida, United States

Hourly wage: $22.00–$30.00 per hour, plus possible premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour and performance-based bonus awards.

What you will do

• Supervise associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, providing feedback, training on procedures, and supporting recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluations.
• Support membership growth by explaining membership programs and benefits, processing memberships and upgrades, promoting products and services, and participating in sales and marketing events.
• Deliver member service by assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, supporting self-service technology, processing transactions, and ensuring club pickup orders are fulfilled.
• Oversee the assigned area, including claims and returns, merchandise organization, inventory availability, shrink and damage identification, cart retrieval, and parking lot cleanliness.
• Complete accounting activities such as deposits, cash fund transfers, register reconciliation, financial reporting, and investigations of cash overages and shortages.
• Implement business processes, collaborate with managers and business partners, monitor results, address improvement opportunities, and mentor associates.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of retail experience, including operating front-end equipment such as cash registers.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to support company policies, ethics, compliance standards, member service, and team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience leading a front-end team.
• Supervisory experience involving hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.
