Qualitative Head Team (Insurance)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; primarily office-based

What you will do

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of policies, endorsements, and insurance documentation before release.
• Define and oversee preventive quality controls across end-to-end policy issuance and underwriting operations.
• Use sampling, data, trends, and risk indicators to identify issues, prioritize controls, and address root causes.
• Manage quality and service-level KPIs, balancing error prevention, turnaround times, productivity, and business commitments.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities, including strhirify.globalht-through processing readiness.
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations, IT, and external BPO partners to implement sustainable quality standards.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of policy issuance processes, underwriting instructions, policy wordings, endorsements, and regulatory documentation.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, audit standards, and operational risk management.
• Experience designing quality controls, applying sampling and root-cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage quality, service-level, and productivity KPIs.
• Structured execution, accountability, analytical risk-based decision-making, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to work primarily from the Mexico City office.
