What you will do

  • Lead operations across hirify.global’s Mexico sites, including offices, warehouses, shared services, facilities, security, reception, and employee experience.
  • Execute business unit strategies locally, coordinate stakeholders across corporate functions, and support customer and supplier onboarding.
  • Own site safety, security, business continuity, incident communication, and risk-management programs.
  • Manage capacity, space allocation, workplace planning, dashboards, reporting, and operational KPIs.
  • Lead migrations, process deployments, change initiatives, and continuous-improvement priorities across Mexico sites.
  • Oversee Mexico legal entity governance, budgets, vendors, assets, audits, regulatory compliance, and relationships with Mexican authorities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in site operations, shared services, legal entity leadership, facilities, operations, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Mexican labor, tax, social security, safety, and workplace regulations, including STPS, NOMs, IMSS, and SAT.
  • Strong stakeholder influence, senior-level communication, decision-making, project and program management, cross-functional coordination, and change leadership skills.
  • Experience using dashboards, reports, KPIs, Microsoft Office, ERP, HCM, Facilities, EHS, and related enterprise systems.
  • Fluent English and mandatory Spanish are required.
