Business Services Team Lead (Reinsurance)

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations for the Latin America Business Services Treaty team within the Property & Casualty Reinsurance division.
• Translate strategic objectives into operational execution and drive continuous improvement through data, analytics, and performance insights.
• Ensure quality, compliance, governance, controls, and consistent execution of Treaty processes across the deal lifecycle.
• Monitor operational risks, RCSA controls, audit requirements, issues, events, and remediation activities.
• Build stakeholder relationships and collaborate with regional and global partners on operating models and best practices.
• Coach, develop, and manage team performance, succession planning, employee engagement, and career development.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience within operations and the ability to drive results through change.
• Strong understanding of operational controls, risk management, governance processes, and KPI management.
• Experience with coaching, performance feedback, talent development, and employee engagement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• College degree.
• English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience in reinsurance, insurance, claims, or client-facing operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional or geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, or organizational change programs.
• Portuguese language skills.
