Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Coordinate the end-to-end issuance of local insurance quotations, policies, and invoices for an assigned portfolio.
• Support regional portfolio management, prioritization, and complex international program deal teams.
• Build team capabilities by onboarding, training, and developing colleagues.
• Represent the team in global projects and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Perform quality checks and support accurate, compliant, and timely premium collection.
• Maintain network partner relationships, gather market intelligence, and improve SOPs and service processes.

Requirements

• Experience in the insurance industry, product management, client service, finance, or operations.
• Solid understanding of international insurance programs.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish for communication with multicultural stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently under pressure and deliver accurate work within tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating or supporting cross-functional or international teams.
• Experience developing SOPs and applying process improvement methods.
• Analytical and lateral thinking skills, including the ability to simplify complex information.
• Experience in a global or matrix organization and proficiency in additional languages.
