433A Millwright Maintenance Supervisor Afternoons

Location: 75 Steel City Ct, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada; onsite afternoon shift from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Salary: From CAD 50 per hour, plus overtime after 44 hours

What you will do

• Lead, supervise, train, and support a team of maintenance technicians.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production and operations teams during planned downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment problems.
• Inspect industrial equipment for wear, damage, and potential failures.
• Initiate and execute equipment upgrade, modification, and replacement projects.
• Maintain work orders, inspection records, and equipment performance metrics.

Requirements

• Licensed 433A Millwright certification.
• Proven experience maintaining and repairing industrial equipment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance situations.
