Service Tech 1 - CAN (Industrial Equipment)

Location: Calgary, Canada; field service assignments throughout Toronto and surrounding areas.

Manufactures and distributes industrial loading dock and door equipment designed to improve customer safety, security, and productivity.

What you will do

• Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities.
• Work independently or in small field service teams.
• Act as a primary customer contact and provide technical support to customers and sales representatives.
• Operate a company vehicle while completing service assignments.

Requirements

• Experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Good driving record required.

• Prior experience repairing or installing industrial equipment.
