Sales Support Technician (Aerospace Communications)

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States; on-site. Periodic travel is required for customer demonstrations, trade shows, and field deployments.

What you will do

• Prepare, configure, set up, and operate aerospace communication systems for customer demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Deploy and integrate ground station equipment, antennas, RF systems, satellite communication terminals, software tools, and network infrastructure.
• Validate system performance and troubleshoot equipment, connectivity, and integration issues during demonstrations and testing.
• Maintain, inventory, package, transport, and prepare demonstration equipment and supporting tools for field use.
• Support Sales Consultants during customer discussions and live demonstrations by operating equipment and explaining system functionality.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and business development teams, document demonstration results, and provide feedback for product improvements.

Requirements

• Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, communications technology, telecommunications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of industry experience in engineering, systems development, or program/project management within aerospace, space, or defense.
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering and operations teams in complex technical programs.
• Basic understanding of RF, satellite, or wireless communication systems, with the ability to set up and operate technical equipment.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting, organizational, communication, and technical problem-solving skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, conditional resident, asylee, refugee, or eligible to obtain the required U.S. Department of State authorizations under U.S. space technology export regulations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with antennas, ground station equipment, or network connectivity systems.
