What you will do

• Provide assurance and consulting services to Life Sciences clients as a trusted business advisor.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to understand business goals, challenges, and operational needs.
• Develop and implement testing of internal controls, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Manage fieldwork, engagement staffing, billing, collections, quality, timely delivery, and profitability.
• Grow the Life Sciences practice by generating opportunities, acquiring new clients and projects, and collaborating across service lines.
• Mentor and develop team members while contributing to firm-wide learning and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; a master’s or advanced degree is desirable.
• CPA certification required.
• Eight or more years of financial statement auditing experience in a professional services firm, preferably in Life Sciences.
• Five or more years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and counseling associates, preferred.
• Management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship preferred.
