What you will do

• Provide audit, assurance, and consulting services as a member of engagement teams.
• Work with clients throughout the year to gather information, complete testing, and answer questions.
• Perform substantive testing of client balance sheets and income statements.
• Test internal controls, identify deficiencies, and discuss improvement recommendations.
• Build client and internal relationships while developing technical accounting and client service skills.
• Participate in on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and firm-wide learning programs.

Requirements

• Four-year degree and eligibility for professional licensure.
• At least one year of experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or a related business field, with sufficient credits to sit for the CPA exam in the relevant state.
• Ability to work effectively with client personnel at all levels and collaborate in a team environment.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related programs.

Nice to have

• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Relevant internship, work experience, or professional organization involvement.
