• Drive business development by growing a book of business, expanding client relationships, and engaging with the community.
• Lead and oversee assurance engagements for manufacturing and industrial clients.
• Manage engagement scope, fees, budgets, deadlines, staffing, risk management, and quality control.
• Act as the primary client relationship owner and trusted advisor.
• Review financial statements and workpapers for accuracy and compliance with professional standards.
• Mentor and develop teams through coaching and performance feedback.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of public accounting experience.
• Experience with financial statement audits and related reporting.
• Active CPA license required.
