What you will do

• Lead audit engagements and manage complex assurance client relationships and deliverables.
• Oversee multiple engagements, milestones, resources, work quality, billing, collections, and profitability.
• Identify technical accounting and auditing matters, assess risk, and coordinate with firm specialists.
• Advise clients and stakeholders, communicate audit status, address concerns, and support business growth.
• Coach engagement teams and develop firm talent through training, feedback, and career development.
• Apply digital audit tools, data, and global delivery resources to improve quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Active CPA or equivalent professional credential.
• 13+ years of progressive public accounting, external audit, or assurance experience.
• Experience leading increasingly complex and large audit engagements and managing substantial client portfolios.
• Advanced knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS, risk-based audit methodology, internal controls, and complex financial reporting.
• Strong strategic leadership, business development, stakeholder management, communication, ethical judgment, and independence skills; flexibility to travel and manage demanding workloads.

Nice to have

• Experience with complex, multi-entity, industry-specialized, or high-risk assurance engagements.
• SEC experience.
• Experience with digital audit tools, data-enabled audit approaches, or global delivery resources.
• Established external networks, client relationships, and centers of influence supporting sustainable growth.
• Experience mentoring engagement leaders and developing technical depth across audit teams.
