Product Manager Principal, Tax Reporting Compliance (Fintech)

What you will do

• Bring regulatory guidance into product planning and deliver tax information reporting products, enhancements, and releases.
• Develop the product roadmap with the Solution Manager, aligning regulatory changes, market demand, product strategy, lifecycle, profitability, pricing, client satisfaction, and sales performance.
• Support strategic planning and execution across product managers, subject matter experts, and multiple hirify.global business lines.
• Coordinate with internal compliance functions and help shape policies that improve operational efficiency.
• Support client-facing staff, manage stakeholder relationships, and represent the business with senior management and corporate functions.
• Create thought leadership materials, including white papers and industry presentations, and help build shared tax reporting functionality across product ecosystems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, accounting, taxation, or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in product management.
• Working knowledge of tax information reporting requirements, related products, and associated processes.
• Proven leadership, team management, policy alignment, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Strong communication skills across internal and external audiences, including senior and executive levels.
• Law degree with exposure to tax reporting regulations, white papers, or consulting.
