Director of Product Management (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Austin or Lisbon

Salary: Lisbon-based hires receive an estimated annual salary of €146,000–183,000. Compensation may vary by work location.

What you will do

• Lead a small team of product managers across hirify.global’s quote-to-cash transformation.
• Coordinate Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, and external vendors including Stripe and Salesforce.
• Deliver initiatives across billing, invoicing, pricing and quoting, contract and entitlement management, taxation, credit and collections, and ERP implementation.
• Balance short-term product launches, medium-term billing migrations, and long-term ERP transformation goals.
• Publish and maintain roadmaps, communicate changes proactively, and ensure accountability for delivery and quality.
• Represent hirify.global with major customers to understand concerns and plans related to the billing domain.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success delivering projects within a financial domain.
• Product management experience in billing, fintech, financial reporting, compliance, or a similar domain.
• Experience working in companies with scope similar to or larger than hirify.global.
• Successful experience managing teams of product managers in a relevant financial domain.
• Strong communication, synthesis, collaboration, influence, and accountability skills.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering products at Internet-native companies.
• Technical background or strong engineering fluency.
• Finance fluency and experience working with financial data.
• Understanding of Internet technologies across layers 2 through 7 or comparable technical complexity.
