Senior Staff Semiconductor Test Engineer PMIC

What you will do

• Develop and apply advanced semiconductor test engineering expertise to achieve business and technical objectives.
• Develop automated test systems, test hardware, and test programs for analog, digital, and mixed-signal ICs.
• Test analog power management ICs and collect data using oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and other standard instruments.
• Debug analog products with serial bus interfaces and troubleshoot complex test issues.
• Coordinate with teams and leadership to set schedules, close readiness gaps, resolve priority conflicts, and meet commitments.
• Provide subject-matter expertise, technical leadership, and support to peers and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 7–12+ years of experience working with Automated Test Systems (ATE).
• 5–12+ years of hands-on ATE test development experience, with a strong focus on analog PMIC testing.
• Programming experience with C++, BASIC, Perl, Python, or similar languages.
• Proficiency with ATE analog and digital instruments, PCB layout parasitic reduction, and test debug.
• Hands-on experience with test hardware development, test program development, and IC or circuit testing.
