What you will do

• Develop production test solutions for advanced wireless SoCs and MCU products for validation and high-volume manufacturing.
• Design and develop hardware and software for automated test equipment (ATE) to characterize and validate new devices.
• Drive silicon characterization, reliability qualification, and statistical analysis to ensure performance and quality.
• Analyze test data to improve yield, optimize test coverage, and reduce manufacturing costs.
• Partner with Design, Validation, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to accelerate new product introductions.
• Develop stress test hardware and methodologies for mixed-signal devices, including RF circuitry and embedded Flash.

Requirements

• BS/MS in EE/CE or related field with 4+ years of Product Test Engineering experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience developing production test solutions for mixed-signal, RF, or MCU-based ICs.
• Hands-on experience with ATE platforms such as Teradyne J750 or Teradyne Ultra FLEX.
• Programming proficiency in C/C++, Python, assembly, or scripting languages (Perl, Visual Basic).
• Working knowledge of MCU architectures and mixed-signal/RF systems.
• Experience with schematic capture, PCB design, and data analysis tools like Minitab.

Nice to have

• Experience with embedded Flash technologies.
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) from first silicon through production release.
