What you will do

• Develop and execute product-level test solutions that meet cost and quality targets.
• Design design-for-test and design-for-debug methodologies to improve test coverage.
• Lead test-solution development from NPI through mass production across Product and Test Engineering.
• Investigate qualification and yield issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop ATE test programs, validation and debug methodologies, and scalable test software infrastructure for automation and AI-assisted flows.
• Analyze test data and communicate product status, risks, and mitigation strategies to product, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with 6+ years of experience in memory, system-level product, test engineering, or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of PCIe, system architecture, ASICs, and NAND flash operation at device level.
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, product lifecycle, and qualification processes.
• Experience with DFT techniques, data analysis tools, scripting languages, and Python, C, or C++.
• Hands-on system and memory testing experience, including failure analysis with oscilloscopes and protocol analyzers.
• Ability to lead teams, make decisions in complex situations, solve problems analytically, and communicate with global multifunctional organizations.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience developing or debugging DRAM, PCIe, or HBM devices.
• Experience with generative and agentic AI tools.
