Senior Staff, System Product Engineering (NAND)

What you will do

• Define system-level test strategies, test flows, ATE platform bring-up, and product qualification plans.
• Translate product and marketing requirements into production test designs and coordinate test coverage across the product lifecycle.
• Lead data analysis, test-flow improvements, production-process enhancements, and debug activities focused on yield improvement.
• Direct RMA failure analysis, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and issue resolution with cross-functional owners.
• Build scalable test software infrastructure supporting automation and AI-assisted test flows.
• Develop ATE test programs, validation methods, DFT techniques, and firmware-based system-level diagnostics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with 8+ years of experience in memory, system-level product, or test engineering; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of product engineering, product development, trim development, and NAND performance and reliability optimization.
• Strong understanding of PCIe, system architecture, ASICs, NAND flash device operation, semiconductor manufacturing, product lifecycle, and qualification processes.
• Experience with DFT techniques, data analysis tools, scripting languages, Python, C, and C++.
• Hands-on experience with system and memory testing and failure analysis using oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, and similar tools.
• Ability to lead teams, make decisions in complex situations, solve difficult technical problems, and communicate with global cross-functional organizations.

Nice to have

• Experience developing or debugging DRAM, PCIe, or HBM devices.
• Experience with generative and agentic AI tools.
