Product Test Engineer (RF)

Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan; hybrid work arrangement

What you will do

• Develop test strategies, plans, programs, and hardware for ICs and RF products.
• Implement characterization, qualification, production testing, and product validation solutions.
• Design affordable test solutions with high test coverage, including loadboards and related test accessories.
• Analyze manufacturing yield and improve test processes while maintaining product quality and reducing costs.
• Support platform migration to an in-house test platform and address test setup capacity constraints.
• Provide remote debugging and technical support to offshore factory sites and assist with business travel when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, electronic signals, and digital logic.
• Essential experience programming automated test equipment (ATE) and designing loadboards.
• Experience with testers, probers, IC product engineering, and RF testing.
• Experience developing test programs; C/C++ programming ability is advantageous.
• Experience with new product introduction, production validation, yield maintenance, process issue analysis, and test specification development.
