Senior Key Account Manager (FMCG Retail)

Location: Homebased in Denmark with 3 days a week in the Copenhagen office

What you will do

• Manage relationships with major Danish retail customers, building partnerships and customer plans.
• Own the P&L for key accounts and optimize ROI from net sales through gross profit.
• Optimize assortment, distribution, rotation, product listings, and promotional plans.
• Lead annual negotiations and manage account operating plans, forecasting, and day-to-day business.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Category, Finance, Legal, and foodservice stakeholders on pricing, marketing plans, and cross-channel opportunities.
• Identify new opportunities and drive growth across the Nordic business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
• At least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or a similar commercial role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent Danish and excellent English skills required.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, commercial, relationship-building, and execution skills.
• Experience in Grocery or FMCG Retail is advantageous.
