Location: Must be based in Denmark. Hybrid setup with weekly/bi-weekly meetings in a Copenhagen coworking space.

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop an inclusive pre-sales team of Solutions Architects in Denmark.
  • Partner with Sales to drive solution- and value-based selling to help customers understand platform business impact.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer executives as a credible advisor on data, analytics, and AI.
  • Establish and iterate on best practices to improve team efficiency and meaningful business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Services teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Contribute to hirify.global' brand and presence within the Nordic markets.

Requirements

  • Experience managing technical teams in Big Data, Cloud, SaaS, or similar complex technology environments.
  • Track record of leading and scaling pre-sales or technical field organizations with inclusive leadership.
  • Understanding of consumption-based or subscription business models.
  • Technical background in Data Engineering, Databases, or Data Science.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in Danish is preferable.
  • Must be based in Denmark.
