Salary: DKK 550,000 – 650,000 per year + up to 20% bonus

What you will do

• Lead growth by managing client relationships and boosting account value through renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Identify custom research opportunities and propose creative solutions to meet unique client challenges.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit and value.
• Collaborate with research and client services teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
• Influence the future direction of key accounts and sectors under the mentorship of the Head of Commercial.

Requirements

• Proven success in managing a portfolio of Key Accounts and deepening client relationships.
• Experience in scoping custom research projects and executing upselling/cross-selling strategies.
• Track record of engaging and delivering insights to C-suite executives.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for pipeline management.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Danish.
• Must be based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
