Technology Change Management, Senior Associate

Location: Toronto, Canada; ability to travel more than 50% locally and internationally

Compensation range: $82,500–$142,600 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Deliver transformation projects that optimize finance functions, including readiness assessments, business process improvement, shared services implementation, business case development, and technology deployment.
• Lead organizational change management initiatives that reduce resistance, improve employee engagement, and sustain new behaviors.
• Oversee project teams, guide client stakeholders, monitor progress and risks, and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
• Build client relationships, manage concurrent projects, identify additional opportunities, and support business development.
• Develop industry specialization, contribute to targeting and training activities, and create new products and deliverables for the OCM transformation environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in a large organization or professional services firm.
• At least 1 year of experience leading and managing project teams from sales through project closure.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills.
• Understanding of transformation and change management, including people, processes, technology, and organizational structures.
• Experience using AI tools, evaluating AI-generated outputs, understanding AI risks and limitations, and integrating AI into daily workflows.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Prosci Change Management, CCMP, or APMG Change Management Practitioner certification.
