What you will do

• Lead assurance and consulting engagements for life sciences clients.
• Build client relationships by understanding business goals, challenges, and operational needs.
• Develop and implement testing of internal controls, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Manage fieldwork, engagement staffing, billing, collections, quality, timelines, and profitability.
• Provide financial statement guidance, business recommendations, and practical insight based on analysis.
• Grow the Life Sciences practice through business development, cross-service collaboration, networking, and client acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; a master’s or advanced degree is desirable.
• CPA certification required.
• Five or more years of financial statement auditing experience in a professional services firm, preferably in life sciences.
• Three or more years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and counseling associates, preferred.
• Management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is preferred.
