Client Services Specialist

Location: Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland; full-time onsite role, 39 hours per week

Salary: €55,000–€72,000 per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Build and maintain client relationships and manage customer queries, service issues, and satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Coordinate onboarding of clients, projects, and products into laboratory operations.
• Connect clients with laboratory teams, communicate project progress, and manage testing timelines and turnaround times.
• Lead client business reviews, governance activities, continuous improvement initiatives, audits, technical discussions, and site visits.
• Forecast customer demand, support capacity planning, maintain Salesforce records, and identify cross-selling, upselling, and new-service opportunities.

Requirements

• Science graduate degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or equivalent education.
• 3–5 years of experience in analytical testing, quality assurance, laboratory operations, or client-facing pharmaceutical services.
• Experience managing customer relationships in a regulated industry.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical development, release testing, stability testing, or microbiology services.
• Valid and eligible work permit or visa authorizing employment in Ireland is required.
