What you will do

• Partner with Sales to review, structure, and execute pricing and quoting requests for new, renewal, add-on, and expansion opportunities.
• Assess quotes and deal structures for pricing compliance, product configuration, discounting, contractual alignment, and revenue recognition requirements.
• Facilitate approvals for discounts, non-standard terms, pricing exceptions, and other deal requirements.
• Coordinate with Finance, Revenue, Legal, Order Management, Sales Operations, Channel, Product, and Professional Services teams to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
• Analyze customer deal data, resolve booking delays, and support month-end and quarter-end close activities.
• Improve Deal Desk processes, tools, policies, and operating procedures while advising Sales on pricing strategy and operational best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Pricing, Sales Operations, Sales Support, Order Management, Revenue Operations, or a related commercial operations function.
• Experience supporting software, SaaS, subscription, or technology sales organizations.
• Strong understanding of quote-to-cash or quote-to-booking processes, including quoting, approvals, contracting, order processing, and revenue considerations.
• Experience reviewing pricing, discounting, product configuration, contractual terms, and approval requirements.
• Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools; advanced Excel or data analysis skills are preferred.

• Cybersecurity industry experience.
• Experience with SaaS pricing models, subscription licensing, renewals, add-ons, and enterprise sales.
• Familiarity with revenue recognition and order compliance requirements.
• Experience with Claude and ChatGPT.
