Mental Health Clinical Faculty (Part-Time)

Location: Addison, Illinois, USA

Compensation: $1,120–$7,245 per assignment, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Teach nursing students through clinical instruction and, when assigned, supervised didactic course content.
• Plan clinical experiences and directly supervise and evaluate students providing nursing care.
• Provide documented performance feedback, remediation, and timely assessment of written and clinical work.
• Maintain knowledge of healthcare agency policies, procedures, and expectations while coordinating with clinical personnel.
• Contribute to curriculum development, program assessment, campus retention efforts, and policy implementation.
• Collaborate with faculty, administrators, staff, and clinical agencies to improve student satisfaction and college operations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing.
• At least two years of registered nursing practice experience within the last five years.
• Professional nursing licensure in Illinois is required.
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and prudent judgment.
• Ability to comply with applicable regulatory rules, standards, policies, and professional expectations.
