Complex Health Clinical Faculty (Part-Time)

Location: Chicago, IL, USA

Compensation: $1,120–$7,245 per assignment, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Teach clinical nursing courses in line with the College's philosophy, curriculum, learning outcomes, and course objectives.
• Plan clinical experiences and directly supervise and evaluate nursing students providing patient care.
• Provide documented performance feedback, remediation, and guidance based on students' learning needs.
• Prepare clinical assignments, review coursework, and return assessments in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with clinical agencies, course coordinators, administrators, staff, and other faculty members.
• Support program development, assessment activities, student retention efforts, and applicable regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing.
• At least two years of registered nursing practice experience within the last five years.
• Professional nurse licensure in the state of practice.
• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and prudent judgment.
