Agent - Distribution

Location: Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Process customer orders and distribution accounts daily.
• Prepare operational reports, customer work orders, shipping documents, and receiving information.
• Enter and maintain data for receiving, order allocation, shipping, inventory, damage records, and backorders.
• Rate domestic transportation bills and support customer and vendor billing.
• Trace orders, communicate updates to customers, and coordinate account administration between customers, warehouses, and offices.
• Maintain vendor relationships, support operational projects, and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluent English.
• Good computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Word.
• Strong organization and time-management skills with a professional manner.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Compliance with internal operational standards and applicable regulations.

Nice to have

• Understanding of transportation processes across different models.
• Hazardous Materials certification.
