Inventory Specialist (Thermal Management)

What you will do

• Process, inspect, document, and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Arrange inventory and product shipping with customers, vendors, and logistics providers.
• Enter inventory and order data into NetSuite and generate inventory-related reports.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct routine and cycle counts, and support inventory reconciliation.
• Investigate discrepancies and maintain organized storage in line with inventory, safety, and quality procedures.
• Collaborate with warehouse, operations, customer service, and other departments to support timely fulfillment and process improvements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, logistics, or a related field.
• Understanding of inventory management principles and the inventory lifecycle.
• Experience with inventory management systems or ERP platforms; NetSuite is advantageous but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Accurate data entry skills and basic Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
• Familiarity with order processing and fulfillment workflows.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
