Salary: $190,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Define the future-state product management role and distinguish it from business ownership, process ownership, technical product ownership, and engineering.
• Develop role architectures, competency models, and outcome-based definitions for product management positions.
• Design interaction models, decision rights, workflows, and accountability across product, business, and engineering teams.
• Lead organization sizing, capacity planning, workforce requirements analysis, and talent transition frameworks.
• Prepare role comparisons, operating models, strawman proposals, workshop materials, and other leadership-ready artifacts.
• Integrate new skills and operating approaches for AI-enabled, specification-driven development.

Requirements

• 15–18 years of experience, including hands-on design and implementation of product management functions in large, complex, or regulated organizations.
• Experience with organization design, role architecture, competency models, and talent transition frameworks.
• Expertise in AI-enabled, specification-driven development models.
• Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and product vision at program or enterprise scale.
• Experience with business process analysis and mapping across enterprise domains.
• Advanced proficiency with presentation and documentation tools such as PowerPoint, Miro, and Lucidchart.
