Night Shift Supervisor-Frontend (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site at the production facility in Charlotte, NC, USA. Schedule: 12-hour night shifts Sunday–Tuesday and a 6-hour night shift on Wednesday.

What you will do

• Supervise associates in the Service Bureau production department and coordinate department workflow.
• Oversee equipment functionality, upkeep, maintenance, and repairs.
• Maintain accurate material inventory and warehouse and workflow records.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies while preventing recurrence.
• Ensure shipments are completed and packages are sent to the correct destinations according to the daily job schedule.
• Coach direct reports, provide feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and drive production, safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost-reduction goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Well-developed verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with an ERP software system.
• Availability for the specified on-site night-shift schedule in Charlotte, NC.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Print or rotary manufacturing experience.
