What you will do

• Coordinate work assignments with supervisors to meet customer demands and shipping schedules.
• Support employees through problem-solving, quality reviews, and technical training.
• Troubleshoot equipment and systems in coordination with maintenance and support departments.
• Lead daily tier meetings and act as an informal leader to engage employees and build positive relations.
• Drive continuous process improvement (CI) and maintain work areas according to 5S standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing all safety rules and escalating concerns immediately.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of related manufacturing experience.
• Must be based in and work onsite in Franklin, NH.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to successfully complete background checks and required pre-employment testing.
