What you will do

• Specify and design CMOS analog circuits for custom mixed-signal ASICs within performance, area, power, and schedule constraints.
• Run analog and mixed-signal verification simulations at block and chip level.
• Conduct feasibility studies, analyze new concepts, compare competitor solutions, and propose differentiated designs.
• Guide layout activities and collaborate with project leads and DFT engineers on system and implementation strategies.
• Drive silicon debugging, lab evaluation, design characterization, and review IC design and test results.
• Work with test and product engineering teams to support test development and production ramp.

Requirements

• Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with 10 years of analog and mixed-signal design experience.
• Strong competence in analog design, EDA tools, and the Cadence design environment.
• Experience designing motor drivers, including DC, stepper, or BLDC drivers.
• Experience with power management circuits and high-voltage BCD processes.
• Knowledge of analog circuit modeling and AMS simulation review.
• Ability to work onsite in San Jose, California.

Nice to have

• Experience with data acquisition and processing systems such as ADCs, DACs, and current sensors.
