Analog Engineer (Analog/Mixed-Signal)

Location: Hybrid work model with on-site presence at an assigned hirify.global site in Hillsboro, Oregon, or other US locations including Phoenix, Santa Clara, and Austin

Annual salary: $141,910–$269,100 USD

What you will do

• Design and develop analog circuits and mixed-signal IPs, including ADCs, DACs, voltage regulators, and high-speed I/O interfaces.
• Simulate and optimize circuits against power, performance, area, timing, and yield requirements.
• Create floorplans, extract chip parameters, and model analog behavior for robust designs.
• Develop verification test plans, evaluate results, and support specification compliance.
• Collaborate with architecture, layout, process technology, IP engineering, and product teams.
• Lead tape-out activities and resolve circuit issues during design and post-silicon validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 4+ years of analog and mixed-signal circuit design experience; equivalent Master’s or PhD pathways are accepted with less experience.
• Expertise in analog circuit design, simulation, and verification.
• Proficiency in CMOS technologies and understanding of analog circuit layout.
• Experience with analog mixed-signal tape-out processes, including ADCs and DACs.
• Knowledge of SoC analog layout design checks and methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-speed parallel or serial I/O links, clock distribution, or voltage regulator design.
• Knowledge of PLLs, bandgap references, inductors, transmission lines, RF, or millimeter-wave circuits.
• Strong understanding of power delivery networks and integrated power regulators.
• Experience influencing process technology and product development decisions across teams.
