Executive Immunology Sales Specialist, Dermatology (San Francisco, CA) – Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Location: San Francisco, California, United States. Candidates must reside close to the territory or be willing to relocate to it; travel is required as necessary.

Base pay: $111,000–$178,250 annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Achieve sales objectives for immunology products and services in the dermatology segment.
• Present complex clinical and business information to dermatologists, healthcare staff, hospitals, clinics, pharmacists, health plans, government agencies, and patient groups.
• Apply clinical, business, and selling expertise to influence healthcare decision-makers and support appropriate product use.
• Execute local marketing strategies and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to improve business results.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and strengthen customer loyalty across healthcare provider systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least five years of direct sales experience with healthcare professionals in pharmaceutical, biotech, device, or healthcare industries, or comparable large-account management or business-to-business experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
• Residence near the San Francisco territory or willingness to relocate to it.
• Strong communication, customer relationship-building, sales planning, market knowledge, and performance measurement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience selling injectable or infused products.
• Working knowledge of immunology or dermatology.
• Experience managing complex reimbursement issues.
• Experience in project-oriented selling and high-incentive, individual-performance environments with documented sales results.
• Completion of management development courses.
