Credentialing Analyst

What you will do

• Conduct due diligence, KYC checks, sanctions screening, and risk assessments for new and existing clients.
• Verify business legitimacy, permissible use, and regulatory compliance across Philippine agencies and international jurisdictions.
• Manage the full onboarding lifecycle from application review through credential approval and product setup.
• Make independent approval or decline decisions, escalate complex or high-risk cases, and manage customer updates and product requests.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, business owners, and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails, meet SLAs and quality standards, and support QA and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in credentialing or a similar role.
• Knowledge of Philippine regulatory frameworks, including SEC, DTI, and AMLA, is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work with limited supervision.
• Mature, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, collaborate across departments, and work with multiple systems and tools.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and willingness to learn software such as Salesforce.
