Consultant, Banking & Markets Compliance (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support compliance operations, metric reporting, and centralization initiatives across Banking & Markets Compliance.
• Integrate emerging technologies, including AI-driven analytics, and evolving regulatory requirements into compliance operations.
• Build and maintain metric dashboards and leadership reporting in Power BI or equivalent tools.
• Coordinate compliance projects and workstreams, including the Compliance Risk Assessment.
• Manage registration and licensing processes and support the Head of NA Securities Finance Compliance & Compliance Operations.
• Prepare the twice-monthly Compliance Connect newsletter and proactively manage deliverables, dependencies, and escalations.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver with minimal supervision.
• Stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or other data tools.
