Analyst, Global Compliance Regulatory Change

What you will do

• Review internal and external regulatory change notifications from global regulators and determine applicability, rationale, and next steps.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, facilitate information flow, assign actions, and document decisions.
• Manage regulatory impact assessments, including assignment, review, reporting, and due diligence oversight.
• Maintain project tracking for Compliance governance committee reporting, identify issues, and escalate risks.
• Maintain the internal regulatory inventory and support the Compliance Management application, training materials, and enterprise regulatory change framework.
• Analyze data, solve complex problems, support special projects, and implement process efficiencies.

Requirements

• College or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Familiarity with law and regulation hierarchy, global regulators, and regulatory compliance processes.
• Experience managing large amounts of data and using Excel, database, and reporting applications.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to summarize unusual or complex information clearly and coordinate activities across related teams.
