TL;DR
Analyst II (Client Account Operations): Managing the end-to-end opening of client accounts and reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance with an accent on client communication, issue resolution, and operational risk reporting. Focus on meeting daily service deliverables, identifying process trends, and escalating complex problems within an 8PM–5AM shift.
Location: Manila, Philippines; onsite, 8PM–5AM shift

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end opening of client accounts within established guidelines.
- Review client documentation for quality, accuracy, and compliance with procedures.
- Communicate with clients to obtain missing requirements and resolve issues.
- Track daily deliverables, service levels, and key performance trends.
- Identify and resolve operational problems, escalating complex cases to supervisors or subject-matter experts.
- Follow procedures for reporting incidents, regulatory breaches, and operational risks.
Requirements
- College or university degree with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Availability for the 8PM–5AM shift in Manila.
