Senior Operations Analyst (Investment Operations)

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid work with office attendance two days per week and remote work on other days. US Shift required.

What you will do

• Process, settle, and reconcile investment transactions according to accuracy and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate investment data across systems and maintain efficient operational workflows.
• Monitor transaction KPIs and prepare performance reports covering trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
• Investigate investment data discrepancies and coordinate their timely resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and optimize processes, tools, and systems while participating in investment operations improvement projects.
• Support audits and compliance activities, and provide guidance to junior analysts.

Requirements

• Typically 4+ years of experience in investment operations.
• Experience with trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, and investment data operations.
• Ability to analyze operational performance and provide actionable insights.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards, internal policies, and operational controls.
• Ability to work a US Shift from Manila under a hybrid arrangement requiring office attendance two days per week.
