Clinic Registered Nurse (Oncology)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas; full-time onsite clinic schedule. Travel may be required within the market to Bedford and Grapevine.

A large community oncology provider delivering evidence-based cancer care through more than 220 sites across Texas and southeastern Oklahoma.

What you will do

• Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate continuity of care according to professional and specialty standards.
• Assess patients' health status, medical history, and family needs.
• Provide patient and family education, instructional materials, and psychosocial support.
• Coordinate consultations, diagnostic tests, referrals, procedures, and future appointments.
• Manage medication refill requests, triage patient calls, and document information in patient charts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, coordinate community resources, and support LPN/LVNs and medical assistants.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program; BSN preferred.
• At least one year of nursing experience; entry-, mid-, and senior-level candidates may be considered.
• Current RN license from the State Board of Nursing in the practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth, Texas, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no weekends, call, or major holidays.
