Project Manager (Engineering)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery across project planning, execution, monitoring, governance, and close-out.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, change control, and project performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, finance, commercial, manufacturing, service, and delivery.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, RACI matrices, risk registers, and reporting packs.
• Manage customer and external stakeholder relationships, contractual commitments, bids, and tenders.
• Lead project handovers and drive continuous improvement in governance and delivery practices.

Requirements

• Proven Project Manager or Program Manager experience in engineering, technology, manufacturing, defence, infrastructure, or other complex technical environments.
• Strong project controls expertise, including planning, scheduling, forecasting, cost management, risk management, and change control.
• Experience in cross-functional, matrix, and global organisations with governance-driven frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with MS Project, Primavera, SAP, or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Degree in engineering, technology, business, project management, or a related discipline, plus PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
