What you will do
- Drive end-to-end delivery of trading systems projects across regions, teams, and business domains.
- Partner with Asian trading businesses and global technology teams to deliver large and complex trading systems.
- Assess, clarify, implement, and provide guidance on business and technical requirements.
- Report project status to staff, management, and stakeholders to maintain transparency.
- Evaluate project strategies, tools, and methodologies while managing risk, negotiation, and competing deadlines.
- Analyze, diagram, and describe complex distributed systems, processes, and high-level data flows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience delivering trading systems.
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or a combined BA/PM role in an IT environment.
- Experience managing software development life cycle projects.
- Strong communication, orchestration, negotiation, and risk assessment skills.
- Experience with large and complex trading systems and agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline.
