Project Manager (Trading Systems)

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of trading systems projects from concept through go-live.
• Coordinate projects across regions, technology teams, business domains, developers, traders, and technology managers.
• Assess, clarify, implement, and provide guidance on business and project requirements.
• Report project status to staff, management, and stakeholders to maintain project transparency.
• Analyze complex distributed systems, processes, and high-level data flows.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, delivery risks, negotiations, and project methodologies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience delivering trading systems.
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a combined BA/PM role in an IT environment.
• Experience managing software development lifecycle projects.
• Strong communication, collaboration, orchestration, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to assess probabilistic outcomes and manage project risk.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
