Senior IT Compliance Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in La Vergne, Tennessee, USA; work from the Ingram headquarters four days per week

Salary: $97,201–$123,251 per year

What you will do

• Lead enterprise data security, privacy, and IT compliance programs as a senior subject matter expert.
• Develop and continuously improve compliance frameworks, policies, controls, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into enterprise policies, standards, and governance practices.
• Oversee risk assessments, privacy impact assessments, data governance, and audit readiness, including PCI, SOC, CIS, and third-party assessments.
• Deliver compliance reporting, metrics, dashboards, remediation oversight, and risk recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with IT, Security, Legal, vendors, and business leaders while driving automation and evaluating AI systems for compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Business, or a related field, or equivalent directly related experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in IT risk management, audit, or security focused on governance, risk, and compliance.
• At least 3 years of experience with compliance auditing and controls.
• Knowledge of PCI, SOC 1 and 2, NIST CSF and 800-53, ISO 27002, or COBIT.
• Knowledge of data privacy, including GDPR, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Nice to have

• Experience using generative AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate for compliance activities.
