Director, HRIS and People Analytics

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of HRIS platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow.
• Oversee HRIS architecture, integrations, upgrades, data integrity, privacy compliance, security, and access controls.
• Build and lead the people analytics function, including workforce dashboards, predictive analytics models, standardized reporting, and executive insights.
• Translate HR data into actionable recommendations supporting workforce planning, organizational design, strategic initiatives, and M&A activities.
• Manage HR technology vendors and roadmaps while driving automation and digital transformation in HR operations.
• Lead and develop managers, analysts, data analysts, and HR technology specialists while promoting data literacy.

Requirements

• Typically 10+ years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience providing comparable knowledge and job skills.
• Experience with HRIS strategy, governance, integrations, reporting, analytics, and workforce data management.
• Strong collaboration skills for partnering with HR leadership, HR Business Partners, Finance, IT, process owners, product owners, and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Phoenix, Arizona, United States of America.
